After failing the Comet Blaster tests mysteriously, Mikaze and her friends are dispatched back to the base. Although now 3 new trainees have got in and they are promoted to instructor positions. Meanwhile more comets are on their way to Earth and the mysteries behind the rift in the Cosmic Emergency Management Agency as well as the alien parasites start to ravel out.
